Barnstorming Friday - Flying North?

It's time for another edition of Barnstorming Fridays!
Our barnstormers traveled north from Texas and found themselves just outside of Richmond, Virginia at Sam's Diner.  


Well, the locals don't care for ballplayers up there.  And some trouble broke out over a waffle and some blueberry syrup.  Our weary travelers were forced back out onto the road.


The road they drove took them by a local airfield and Stop the Bus! There before their wondering eyes was a Goodyear blimp.  Now, boys being boys, they thought, "why not take it out for a little spin?"  And spin they did!


It is understood by this reporter that they all slept well in the Chesterfield County jail for the night. Although the little jail was busting at the seams with ballplayers.


After a hearty breakfast with the Sheriff, the boys got on the bus and continued to traverse north.
