Our barnstormers took a short trip north from Richmond, Virginia to New York City, New York. Short by miles but a whole different world, hayseed.
Our athletes enjoyed all the night life that NYC has to offer. One tiptoeing twirler even decided to try and dance like Carmen Miranda with a fruit bowl on his head! It didn't work out so well, but no arrests this time. There were slapped faces when a few of the boys got a little cheeky with the ladies, but nothing serious.It is understood by this reporter that the stop was a success and they are moving on to their next exciting destination.
